NON-DISCRIMINATION IN ADMISSIONS
It is the policy of the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts to comply with all state and federal regulations regarding admission and not to discriminate during the admission and the lottery process on the basis of sex; national origin; ethnicity; religion; disability; academic, artistic, or athletic ability; or thedistrict the child would otherwise attend. Education Code 12.111(a)(5).
